Wine has always been more than simply the sum of its agricultural parts. It has been philosophy poured into a vessel: a record of landscape, season, memory and human intention.

The Platonist Wine Company exists to explore that tradition.

Rather than pursuing a single grape or a single style, we curate a symposium of the world’s noble varieties - Sangiovese, Cabernet Franc, Syrah, Grenache and others - asking what specific of their form they express and stories they carry from these ancient soils.
