- Remember, too, that you must live: Memento Mori is a wine built around that tension.
- Its two components were vinified separately and underwent malolactic fermentation in their own barriques.
- They were blended into a single barrel in August 2025, where they remained in dialogue for 11 further months before bottling.
Tasting Notes
This wine is a tribute to the Stoics, shaped by slow barrel ageing and careful assembly. The blend of Sangiovese and Cabernet Franc spent 17 months in wood, producing a serious, layered expression with depth, structure and persistence.
